Chandos Structural Renovation
ABOUT THE PROJECT
A major structural renovation involving extensive demolition, steel RSJ beam installation, and complete internal reconfiguration. The project opened up the ground floor into a contemporary open-plan layout with bifold doors to the garden and a dramatic vaulted ceiling with skylights.
ARK Build managed the full scope from demolition through to plastered shell completion, including all structural steel, new roof structure, bifold door installation, and a complete replaster, ready for client fit-out.
